Seven Actionable Strategies for Advancing Women in STEM fields

In the scientific journal affiliated to the International Society for Stem Cell Research (ISSCR), a group of scientists line out seven strategies which would help to gain and retain women in science, engineering, and medicine. The implementation of these strategies would be a step to overcome the political, administrative, financial, and cultural challenges that exist currently in scientific research.
