Dagmar Iber, Ana Klimovic, Tang Siyu, Olga Fink and Charlotte Grossiord are promoted

Congratulations to our members on their recent promotion. Dagmar Iber (ETHZ) has been promoted to Full Professor and Ana Klimovic (ETHZ), Tang Siyu (ETHZ), Olga Fink (EPFL) and Charlotte Grossiord (EPFL) have all been promoted to Associate Professor.

Dagmar Iber is a Professor of Computational Biology in the Department of Biosystems Science and Engineering at the ETHZ. She is a leading expert in computer-assisted biology in the field of development (ontogenesis) and disease research.

Ana Klimovic is a Professor of Computer Science in the Department of Computer Science at the ETHZ. Ana Klimovic’s research in the field of computer infrastructure focuses on developing better systems and architectures that are more user-friendly and efficient than the available systems.

Tang Siyu is a Professor of Computer Science in the Department of Computer Science at the ETHZ. Her research focuses on human motion estimation, avatar creation and motion synthesis in people.

Olga Fink is a Professor of Civil Engineering in the School of Architecture, Civil and Environmental Engineering at the EPFL. Her interdisciplinary research happens at the intersection between machine learning and engineering.

Charlotte Grossiord is a Professor of Terrestrial Ecology in the School of Architecture, Civil and Environmental Engineering at the EPFL. Her research is at the interface of forest ecology, ecophysiology and climate change biology.
